Capitec bank **************

Last year I complained to Capitec about what the consultant did to me I went to apply for a credit card they gave something similar to a credit card afterwards it changed to be a loan when I tell them about this they were arrogant even a regional manager didn't reply so they continued forcing me to pay for a loan instead of me paying for a credit card my credit score is ****ed because of them I feel undermine, discriminated and abused by Capitec my interest rates is higher hitting the roof

I know if it was a white person having this problem they were going to give that person what he or she wants
