Evening three days ago i phoned capitec bank in connection with a loan i have with them which i owe R8371.07 which i want to pay up so im thinking i want to pay up and be dept free they told me they will get back to me with a closing balance well they got back with a amount of R8655.45 so ill be paying more what about the interest should it not be subtracted and where does the extra almost R400 come from
