Capitec Bank

Today and yesterday I bought electricity via the capitec Bank app and didn't get the full moneys value, but when purchasing from the municipality or retail shops this never happened before. Upon querying about it they give me one story after another story. For me it was like buying from the foreign shop owners. So my question is what happens to the rest of the money. This for me is very frustrating and disappointing from Capitec Bank. With the cost of living so high you still feel the need to take from me as a low income person
