Capitec bank

I contacted Capitec bank ***** department after l discovered that l had been de*****ed online but they failed to assist me. I made an eft to Capitec account for the ****mer. As soon as I realized this l contacted FNB and Capitec since l had the account details of the ****mers hoping they would take a look at the account or freeze it before money was taken out. But Capitec told me they can't assist me l must report to the police.
