Capitec Bank

I got ****med using my capitec bank account, I went to the bank to report the matter, and i was instructed to go and write a statement at the police station, of which i did, and the account of the person was frozen immediately, after a few days I was called by the bank to tell me that the bank have unfreeze the ******* bank account and the is nothing they can do to help me because it was all my fault, Capitec bank you are so pathetic
