Capitec Bank

I lost my job in June and I have been trying to get payment arrangement with the bank since as I am earning Uif but it doesn't go through they still debit the full loan installment, and I'm left with no food to eat, I was even kicked out from a place I was renting, everything i speak to one of their rude agents I get no help right now I'm thinking of changing my bank account as I am not coping at all
