Capitec Bank
As I have reported Capitec Bank with you, on the 6th May 2023 reference ***4,I was called by Ms. Katherine Searle, saying that she will try speak to management and try to reverse the, unfortunately I got an email saying that they are unable to reverse it. It is disappointing with this one of R10788.63 which was debited on the 18th March 2023. I went to the branch on the 15th March 2023 to stop the payment as it was *****, and the company YMA Consulting is having my information and I have never approved any DEBICHECK by any means of technology and I have never signed any documents or app**** any services from YMA CONSULTING and they have my ID number, not full names, and they used *****ulent email address (***)which was used by YMA Consulting. I reported this *****ulent documents with NCR C57391. I was placed under *****ulent deptreview by YMA Consulting on the 13th March 2023, without my knowledge, my debit orders were stopped from debiting from the 28th February 2023 by YMA Consulting with *****ulent Power of Attorney and my forged signature. National Credit Regulator removed my name on deptreview on the 14th December 2023. I reported this issue to Banking Ombudsman on 15th March 2023 after been advised by Capitec Bank consultant, the reference number is 23/03/2023. The investigation from both Capitec Bank and Banking Ombudsman is disappointing, this payment of R10788.63 it could have been stopped before it can be debited on 18th March 2023 as I started to report this issue to Capitec Bank telephonically on the 7th March 2023 and went to the branch in Wonderboom Junction on the 15th March 2023,and I reported the issue to Ombudsman on the 16th March 2023 telephonically (***). No one stopped YMA Consulting to debit they debited only once and they didn't debit again without been stopped by me or even the bank itself. I spoke to Ms Rifqah from YMA CONSULTING, who said the were supposed to have refunded me, but the been stopped by NCR, as soon as they are done with NCR (C57391),she will notify me. It also happened with Maxlaw, no service was rendered but R5000.00 and R710.00 was debited on my Capitec Bank account on the 19th August 2022, only one DEBICHECK of R710.00 I approved with SMS, I went to the Capitec Bank branch on the 21st August 2022. Capitec consultant tried to call Maxlaw, their phone was not working, but failed to reverse the payments, but managed to stop future debit order until today, no debit order from Maxlaw. How come can Capitec Bank allow debit order to go through my bank account and failed to reverse even if I am telling them as the amount holder, that this company is ****ming consumers. They do also said that I am not the only one who's ****med by Maxlaw, because they know as a bank, what are they doing, are they working with this ****mers,or ist that they thought that I was under deptreview, they can't help me. If First National Bank can help its customers to stop ****mers, why Capitec Bank cannot do the same thing. Ms Brogan Heugh reference ***9, called me on the 7th May 2024,saying that she's willing to help me and she will assist me to lodge this issues with the Banking Ombudsman (***), on both issues no different references were used, according to me we don't have Banking Ombudsman, they failed to assist me as consumer. Both NCR and Banking Ombudsman, you will get assisted if you report to their CEO office.
