Capitec bank

I went to capitec to deposit money to someone who needed the money urgently...unfortunately the atm in Johannesburg park station it went off while the money was still inside the machine.Then i was with one of the guys from capitec when i was depositing the money...so then i went inside to explain what had happened,but they told me that they can only recover the R1100 so they couldn't recover the R400,then was told that they still busy investigating something that happened on Tuesday though they said i should come back after 2 days,and i can't even get the R1100 as they still investigation.I need the.
