My name is Simon Given Ngwenya with identity number ***, I have loan with capitec bank of R130k and now it’s 2 years paying it however the amount doesn’t go down now I’m on R110k and I pay R4800 every month and I want to understand what’s wrong bcz at Kempton Park branch those unprofessional consultant can’t help herein
