***** Capitec Bank

An Online loan was made by someone else using my documents. The loan was granted even thou there was descrepencies in the loan application admitted Capitec ***** investigating officer. I was forced to pay the loan for 7months even thou i sent them the case number and when i couldnt pay anymore i was threatened with msgs saying i would be listed as a bad payer if i didnt pay. Dec 2023 after 7months they refunded me the repayments with not even an apology or explanation as to what happened. Im disgusted in the level of customer service by Capitec Bank and how pathetic their security levels are. If anyone can get an online loan by using somebody elses identity. I suffered for those 7months as i could not afford the loan and not once did they try to accomodate me. The *****loan effected my creditscore aswel but they dont give a damn. Thanks to their neglegence
