Capitec Bank

Never had a problem with Capitec internationally up untill now. My cards expiring and i need to renew it. Its 22:14 which means its 11: 14 in RSA now and i cannot for the second time today get hold of the 24hr Client Care Centre number i was told to call. The number is advertised on the bank card. 2 call both rang for 4 minites before i put down. So now please tell me what i should do if you dont answer the phone. Ive spent R132 on the 2 calls, its pathetic. My mom went in to the bank to speak to you and you told her to tell me to call the number.
