Capitec bank

Is rejecting my life insurance still using their expensive insurance on my debt, I'm paying them but my account is still increasing instead of decreasing, they promised it will never increase but now it's totally the opposite, they don't even want to talk to me they're only communicating with me via email. How do I stop them.
