REF NO ***- Thank you for the payment, However A NEW problem as arisen. When I, app**** for the disability payment with CAPITEC BANK, the company I, work for put the wrong date 31 July 2022 -REF ***- for the disability date on the form. The claim was supposed to be dated 23 July 2023. The claim was approved 31 JULY 2023 and payment was eft on 22 December 2023, however I, notified CAPITEC that the date was incorrect on 31/07/2023 by email to correct the date OF DISABILTY to the 31-07-2023- email was ignored. I asked CAPITEC on numerous emails to correct this error and resubmit the claim to GLENRAND to sort the different in the monthly payout of the installment, however they say it can't be done. As much as the error of the date filled wrong by the company, Capitec should have checked the supporting documents like the Doctors Certificate and the Doctors declaration form for the disability payout figure, so the claims clerk didn't. read and capture data correctly for auditing purposes also. THIS ALSO SERVES TO NOTIFY CAPITEC THAT IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT SORTED OR NO FEEDBACK IS RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN WITH COSTS.
