Capitec bank

Am very disappointed with capitec I've tried to withdraw my cashsend money on their atm at tsakane angen garage and my slip only showed transaction canceled but when I check on my app it says cashsend redeemed but didn't get any money. I called capitec they said am not the only one they going to investigate further. Mind u that money is for transport for my kid's to school. Where must I get another money now to pay transport am so angry
