Capitec Bank

I deposited money into the Capitec ATM at Nortworld junction yesterday around 7pm and the ATM cancelled my transaction but did not return the money neither did they give me the receipt.l had to call them which also cost me money and they gave me a reference number promising they would solve the matter in the morning as they had closed at that time.Surprisingly in the morning l had to call them again to ask about the progress of the case filed and they said l should contact them again as the investigation was going to take 24 hours and ln stil waiting.what frustrates me is that the money was for an emergency and lm the one who keeps calling them they are not updating me on the progress of the case yet l told them that the money was for any emergency
