Capitec bank 5 years of no feedback

After posting the review of capitec bank on hellopeter they finally decided to contact me since 2015. I had to go in to capitec bank Everytime to find out what is happening on the account I had with them. The consultants has been frustrated up to the point, of being sent around from forensics to help desk. The consultants explained that forensics has to do their investigation, like forensics has never called me, this case has been closed, without a word from capitec, only after I posted on hellopeter they finally decided to get into contact with me. I explained everything to them, how do they close cases just like that ? I had to go in to capitec bank Everytime to get feedback or hear what is happening, cos I needed an account to get my salary, and monies paid into. Today since October 2015, a consultant told me that forensics said I could not get my account back, that was fine with me, but that I couldn't have a new account either, I didn't mind the old account being closed, but that capitec had to take 5 years to give me feedback, wasted my time, taxi fare, etc than, I learned that the person who paid the money into my account won't even be getting their money. As cos of processes. So it's gonna take that person probably 20 years to get their money back from capitec. Why does it take so long, why is there no feedback, only when a client post It to a next party. You capitec bank had to let me endure suffer, you had made me lost jobs. I had to struggle to get an account again by you guys, to get salary paid in. You don't care nor worry as it's just one client. As much as it was my fault seeking employment, to see to my kids. Now i had to wait five years for a simple no you can't have your account back or a new account.
