Capitec *** Bank

Capitec the most useless bank to ever exist. I have a personal loan with Capitec and an Access facility loan which both must debit on the 25th of each month. The Access Facility loan debited, but to my surprise the personal loan did not debit. I whatsapped and called Capitec to tell them there's money in my account and that it's already 2 days later they haven't made the debit on the personal loan. They said they will make a request to have the debit order go through midnight.

The next day still nothing. I called again and they said they will make a follow up, I haven't heard from them. Days later I call them to then make an arrangement for next month since they couldn't make the debit order on time. I requested that the amount be debited the next month on the 25th but I will only pay the installment and not double. They agreed and said the arrangement has been made, meaning there won't be any arrears. To my surprise when I checked on my Capitec it says I am in arrears and my next installment is double the amount. How!!!??? Coz I made an arrangement. If Capitec had made the debit order as indicated last month I wouldn't have to call to make such arrangements.

Now we keep chatting with useless robots on their whatsapp line so frustrating. I even have the chats to show that an arrangement was made. Being in arrears is bad for my credit score. I'm so disappointed in this bank. I wish I can just finish this loan and close this bank for good
