CAPITEC bank
<div>Hi we had a good name by capitec bank until we had lock down with covid on our laon, he have insurance in our loan and since lock down we are still battling with insurance too cover us and too get back too us we have been in and out the bank for months and we even battling too cancel our insurance with capitec bank now reason beeing they are telling us now the insurance is not with them, they keep telling us they will get back too us it doesent happen we have a bad name with creditors now; capitec bank has the worst services i ever experienced with any other bank poor they have no clue what so ever what they are doing or what is happening around them at all at no time what so ever its truly a useless bank with the worst services ever </div>

20 Mar 2021, 19:00Capitec bank never told us our insurance on our loan is from a 3rd party and you battle to get hold of this 3rd party we dont even know the name of the insurance that is suppose to cover us in we have been paying our loan and insurance on the loan for 2 and a half years now and now suddenly we have a bad name with the bank what we need now is the insurance canceled with immediate effect and all our money paid back every sent we paid on insurance for they have done nothing except put us in bad spot with our loan as soon as they pay back all our instalments we can pay it on our loan and sort our loan out and keep it as it was before this so called insurance made every thing worse.

20 Mar 2021, 19:09At capitec bank they see on the systems how many time we sent requested papers how many times we visited the banch too sort out the problem and yet again and still we are in the dark of where we stand with the bank and the loan and this useless so called insurance this is been going on for months now and im fed up with capitec bank its truly a useless *********** bank and ever much worse insurance well so called insurance they dont know the difference between a holliday break payment and a actual insurance cover.
