Capitec bank

I have received my inheritance from guardian funds @master of high court pta after receiving them capitec put my account on hold whilst it was never reported i went to the branch to enquire about it. They asked for some documents I provided them with the documents they said i should wait for 24 hrs i did but there was no progress i tried calling them they are not being helpful and i need those funds to pay for my tertiary fees and it has been 2 weeks now
