Capitec bank 3rd party pre-paid electricity
We bought prepaid electricity on the capitec app. The app gave us problems so it brought twice. When to the bank they said we must go to Tshwane. When to tswane they did the investigation. When back to the bank. Said that i need to find the 3rd party. And contact them. I do not get replies from the bank and can not find the 3rd party on question.
