Capitec bank

Good day. I have a 32 day account at capitec bank that i saved money for our Desember holiday that started the 19th of Desember. I have requested that the money in the 32 day account be transferred into my savings account on the 18th of November. As the vacation almost comes to an end the money from ky 32 day account has still not been transferred into my savings account. I went to the bank on two separate occasions and the most information i recieved was that the transaction is in process.. this is not the only issue that occurred as I had unforeseen expenses in October and did an immediate transfer from my 7 day account to my savings account and had to pay a penalty of R500 for early release of this funds.. this “immediate transaction” also took almost two weeks to be transferred into my account after the penalty was paid to Capitec Bank. I am still struggling to get the money into my account.
