Capitec bank

I have capitec account and a nedbank credit card that get debited from my capitec account where the debit order me go of on the 2 of every month and capitec let the debit order go off late then capitec charge me for debit that don't go of on time this mother f.... .rs know exactly what they doing and must be the most ******* bank I know f....g useless
