On the 14th of june 2023 I did a online purchase to Shein for amount of R1182 I did the transaction with my card when the transaction went through the amount of R1182 came off my account with the reference DlocaI SHEIN COM MIDVIEW CITY 04MT then my order was cancelled by me by mistake I have tried telling my bank Capitec to reverse my money as I was instructed by the merchant but Capitec they are telling me to call the company to send it back and when I told the company they told me to tell my bank to dispute it
