Capitec Bank 3 month loan relief

Pathetic Bank they offer you a 3 month beather on your loan via sms which I rep**** to. First of all debit is for the 26th which they deducted on the 24th . Then the fact that they debited the amount which I resonded to the sms that I would need the 3 month breather. Waited an hour on the phone to the collection department only to get through to a person who said there was nothing she could do and was told to call the complaints department which doesn’t even ring. Worst bank ever, to do what they have done during this period after offering assistance is unacceptable. Will be changing banks after this lockdown
