Capitec bank

Good day I had a very poor customer service with Capitec bank I do have loan with them it's almost now 3 years I was paying that loan and it's was 4 years loan and now my company was retrenched on 30 April 2019 and I did send all documents they requested from me ,now Capitec loan insurance fail to pay loan and always my family trying to send me money to survive they took them all and reduce the installment things are out of my hand,when I'm trying to contact head office Capitec they said this insurance is not from Capitec since while they said it's a must to have that insurance with Capitec now they change their stories .I'm broke like no body business I don't have nothing to put on table Capitec Bank is busy sucking my money from my bank while they are deposited through my bank.please help
