I wish to write a negative review regarding the poor service level received at Capitec Forex. Each month I receive child support grant from the UK and it is to be credited into my account. You find that the funds are received and they can take a very long time to credit. Sometimes, I'm forced to call in and the waiting in the queue is so long, one can even hold on for a full hour waiting for a consultant.
