Capitec Bank

Today I went to open accounts for my children having had asked at the bank and googled required documents. I was turned away even after having all the documents asked for as the unabridged birth certificate has the mother's ****en name on which will not be the married name in the ID book! This is an impossible request as the unabridged birth certificate of the child shows the mother's ****en name. I was told to return with a marriage certificate. I have taken off work to come in and was not asked for a marriage certificate.
