Capitec has this new inititive of the license renewal on their app, they're saying it will be 5 to 7 days i am a witness this is not accurate i have paid the license disc via the app till to date i have not received it, they're ask you extra for admin and delivery fee I have called Capitec 5 times for them to refund the funds back they're cannot do that but if i get a traffic fine they're will be liable for that. So i must wait for a traffic fine and take it up to them if they're cant even settle the license disc i had to go to the license department to see if it has been paid the funds has not been paid i have not received the disc after 3 weeks i'm following up everyday. Please everyone be aware not to use the Capitec App for your renewal of your license disc. They're are lying about the initiative rather go to the Post Office or to the Traffic Department to get the disc right away.
