I've rented a car with Avis grand central and returned the car on 16th of August, only now that Avis forwarded me emails they been sending for you to release the deposit but till to date, i havent received my money. so disappointed in the Bank and staff who are responsible for this. over 7days a process that was suppose to take 48 hours, very disappointed.
