Capitec bank

Please give us a zero star option. I stood on the side and watched people trash capitec on Twitter. Their stories were outrageous. I thought some of them were careless but nooooo. Today I woke up to transactions on my account "PayPal CorneliaNaidoo" . I called the *****line to check how do online transactions go off without my authorization? The consulted said they will do an investigation and change my card , i will be charged R150 for it. My account has been cleaned out, the bank doesn't provide security for it's clients, moreover call centre agents have no knowledge of anything, so what if I change my card and it happens again? am I to pay the bank another R150 ,and so the cycle continues, is capitec not the same as the ********? Why can't I reverse unauthorized payments. I am so mad. If there's ever a country drive to ditch capitec, I'll be in the front line. Useless
