Capitec bank

I'm not sure what to rate capitec bank, but I am so disappointent in your recruitement process or the way you do things.. I have app**** for a service consultant position, I passed all of my assesments and was invited to an interview, it's been almost three weeks now that i have not heard from you guys, I called through to the lady that dealt with the recruitment for the position, she told me she will get in contact with us by the end of last week, I called again today and she told me that the positions have been filled, were you guys suppose to notify that we weren't successful, please or was she lying that you guys got internal guys to fill the positions, I am very unhappy and sad, I won't accept that explanation.
