Capitec bad sevice

<p>Good day I would just like to leave a complaint about capitec bank somerset east eastern cape.I don't like the way the manager ms Hoko treats the service consultant s she never smiles and takes her time to get to clients ....when she helps people she does not sit up straight.when I saw her in town she was wearing a cap with her capitec uniform...I mean isint the manager or any capitec employee supose to wear their uniform with dignity?I would like to be anonymous,...how could you make someone like that manager I mean I have heard a lot of people complaining about her ....if that is how capitec workes I would rather switch banks thank you.</p>
