Capitec bad service

Capitec did contact me and informed me that my query was handed over for investigation. This, after I deposit money in Bidvest account on 02/12/2025, which was closed as it was moved to OM Bank with a new account no. 1st The consultant at Capitec Meyerton told me that it will be reversed within 48 hours back into my Capitec account. 15 Days later and still waiting. Very, very poor service.
