Capitec bad service

Capitec put my account on hold when my employer paid my salary. I have visited the branch to open my account and the lady told me that it is open again, but the account is still on hold. It is almost a month since my salary is paid but I cannot use the money because of the stupid security sistem of Capitec. How can they stopped my account when my salary is paid in my account.

I have phoned all the help numbers with no success. Why did they not open my account when I visited the branch.

There is no ***** with this account. The staff of Capitec is only good for opening new accounts but of no assistance if you have a problem
