Capitec bad service and their ***** account

Capitec is bad. Especially the Branch by southgate Mall their service is poor. Someone was using my card via Uber and IV been getting deductions and I went in to query all was told that it's my fault and they can't replace my money that was been taken all those weeks. They charge me for new card and I asked that can they atleast check or reverse the money since it's not gone gone it can still be stopped. But she says she can't investigate that it's a banking institutions not a police if I want I must pay money for my account to be sent to their ***** department. So I just gave up and said no it fine I left.
