capitec bad service and refund

good day on the 26 I withdrewn R1000 on my capitec savings account the money clicked on my phone that is out but the system did not take out the money so I went to capitec branch at dobsonville shopping mall the same day the inccidents happen they told me to wait for 14 working days I waited but nothing was attended to so im laying a complain to capitec day before I spoke to thandi service admin she told me that my case was closed without any receiving assistance so which means my bank is not safe with capitec I want to sue capitec and I will spread the news about their ***** scheme the time was 15:34 at spar in braamfisher at the atm so is the any way that they can give me back my money and close my account they really offer bad service when it comes to money security our money"s
