Capitec bad service
Capitec and the new lottery operator are a bad combination. Winnings under R250 000 suppose to be paid in immediately but it's not the case

11 Jun 2026, 12:42The service of capitec is really pathetic. The lady phone and still today they cannot solve the problem. This small amount supposed to be immediately in. All the small amounts I wonder how many interest Capitec are getting on that. Complaints Manager Kelly I told you it is not about the amount per say but about the principle all amount under 250k will be available the next business day
