CAPITEC BAD SERVICE

I have being a client with capitec for 7 years .. I have always paid my debts on time. Last year I was with out a job only for 3 months.. So I did make arrangements and did tel them I am unemployed. So in December I started a new job I still phoned the bank and told them that I can only pay so much a month.so for 7 months I've being paying them what I can to words my loan now they have handed me over os a bad payer and the money that I have being paying does not even show and the loan has doubled.. There service is bad and when I transfer money to my savings the money is gone they take money with out even asking..
