Capitec Bad service

I have a account with Capitec for such a long time. I was ****med by two other Capitec clients and I have done a Police ******** case and a ***** case at the bank. It seems that Capitec does not really care about solving my case and giving my money back. It is almost R40 000 that I lost during this ****s. When I phone or whatsapp the ***** team they are also not very helpful. This is money that I lost for our company and clients are furious, just as I am furious. Will this ever be solved or not. I am very disappointed.
