Capitec bad customer service

Good day capitec, on the 27th July 2021 .I kidnapped with my daughter in a taxi and at gun point they took my card and asked for a pin n withdrew R2000 and they took our cell phones too.After they got the money they dropped us at some squatter camp, lucky we stopped a car n they guy took us to police station I asked to use his phone to call capitec to stop my card, I did so but they already withdrew R2000.next day I went to capitec Northgate spoke to a consultant to lay a ***** case was told them I gave them the pin they can't help me.please tell me what was I suppose to do I was held at gun point there was no way even you can't give them the pin.you can ask the footage and see the person wasn't me it was a male.
