CAPITEC BAD bad on funeral policies

Capitec is a very bad bank when it comes to there funeral policy , recently I've claimed on my funeral policy and it's been almost a month since my aunt passed on and they haven't paid me out They are looking for all types of excuses not to pay me , and while grieving they even sent a investigator to my house to check if I am really related to the deceased , which I feel is really wrong and disrespectful. Since the day I took out the policy , I haven't missed one premium and now that it's claiming stages I have to fight for my money . There are alot of funeral preparations in our culture that needs to take place which does cost alot and with capitec not paying out I'm not even able to support the immediate family with those things .
