Capitec back *****s

Thank you and yes I hope I came right. Yes I am behind with my loans. But I was with the out a job for 6 months but have started work. I went in to get a new bank card, but I also ask the lady that help me . when my pay gets played in will the bank take ever thing or not. She said no they wont. They will only take the r181 and the r 89 for my loans as plande. And also the r55 rand for my card. But when my pay got put in the took another R380 witch I was not told about. So I jus want that back. But was told no. If that's how it is then the lady that helped me should have told me that they will be taking that as well. But she told me nothing. Just that they won't take every thing. And just coz of that I'm a week behind with my rent. So I really do want that back to pay my rent. But if it not going to happen I will go to a new bank. And I will cam e pay cash on my loans. So pls I need that R380 back. I will also take this matter to the news papers to. And I really don't want to do that. Coz capitic is a good bank. But the ppl must now and tell custermers what is going to happen. Unlike what happen. So pls I want a transfer o the 380 back.
