Capitec back sabotaging stockvel account

I Mr Godfrey hereby state that I belong to a Stokvel run by Mr J. Mathebula the aim is to raise money to fight poverty, contribute to our down economy. Stockvel in South Africa is a well known peer-peer financial establishment and the big four banks including Capitec do accept the deposits and withdrawals. This around Capitec kept on accepting deposits without questions and now during withdrawal time the put “ OUR MONEY “ ON HOLD, for selfish reasons only known to them and cannot be disclosed to the Account holder. The forensic side Mr Justice Mathebula is clean and why not such with Capitec?????

We contribute different amounts based on affordability but Capitec bank has put a hold on *OUR* money without liaising with the acc holder & asking why there is a certain amount of money in his account.

Capitec bank was started on the premis of Stokvels & short term loans, therefore they should know better how a STOKVEL operates.

We have been instructed to write affidavits & submit to the bank promising that the hold will be lifted, we did as requested & still our funds are with held indefinitely over a period of time now. You can sense a minds of ******* and wrong spirit is operating behind the scenes. We are here to expose them and the gates of hell cannot prevail against cleanness of the account and the account holder.

This is a serious matter as members are sitting without money & Capitec's aim is to frustrate us & keep our money because that is how they operate.

90% of their clients are black, yet they still see the need to oppress us, without us there will be NO CAPITEC BANK.

We urge you too look into this matter at hand as a matter of urgency, if not we will approach that bank Ombud & we will sue Capitec bank for defamation as they are tarnishing Mr J.Mathebula's name & he hasn't committed a crime. If they are against the stockvel account then it would be fair enough to put on hold all the stockvel accounts opened in Capitec.
