CAPITEC ****

Hey there, just wanted to warn you about a potential **** involving Capitec Bank. I recently fell victim to this **** on February 3rd, when several transactions were made from my account without my knowledge or consent. It appears that there were about six withdrawals. When I went to the bank to report this, they told me that the reference on the transactions showed that I had made a physical purchase at Itali. However, I have no recollection of ever going to Itali, especially not at the time the purchase was supposedly made. How is it possible for me to make a purchase at Itali at 9pm and then be in South Africa the following day at 9am? At that time I don't even have a passport It has now been over two weeks since the incident occurred, and the bank is still investigating the matter. Unfortunately, they have not been very communicative with me about the status of the investigation. I am frustrated that I have to constantly follow up with them, as if it was my fault that this happened. I don't know what to do anymore Capitec bank security is nonsense.

No call for feedback from them, they just keep saying I must wait for their call.
