Capitec automatically authorising mandates on behalf of clients without clients knowledge..Complete *****.

I just suprisingly saw an approved debit order mandate on my capitec bank app which I do not know of. I called capitec bank to complain about that and report it and also requested them to remove that mandate. Their consultant, named Pumla just told me there is nothing Capitec can do about my problem and said I need to call the company mentioned on the debicheck. It is highly questionable how Capitec or their system automatically approves mandates on behalf of clients without the client's knowledge. This is extremely unacceptable and makes this bank the most untrustwothy bank in the country. I need that issue sorted asap and on top of that I need to close this bank.
