Capitec atms Goldfields Mall 50

Morning today had an incident where I deposited I think above R1500 at Capitec in Goldfields mall 50 I'm just amazed by the fact that when I ask the turnaround time to be assisted the say 24 to 48hr. So my taking is that Capitec should improve on that they should follow trands like other banks eg FNB they must have ATM custodians for instances like this imagine I'm self employed I use money to make money so staff like this hamper our progress. Im just say they must improve their system and dispute resolution process I had to remember how many notes I had how many R200 R100 etc
