Capitec atms always not working or no money

Capitec bank really needs to catch a wake up as their atms are always either out of cash or dont work..I been with capitec for a few years and found a working capitec atm only a few times over the years..what makes it worse is some atms of theirs are close to where the branches actually are yet they arent working or have no cash..now we must use other bank atms and pay ridiculous fees withdrawing money yet capitec supposed to be the cheapest and that's why most of us joined them..catch a wake up capitec as I'm paying around 20rand in fees each time I withdraw my money that your atm is supposed to give so I can save on fees but now I must pay high fees to get money from other atms
