CAPITEC ATM WITHDRAWAL NO MONEY CAME OUT. MACHINE WENT OFF

2019.03.21 at 17:48 I did a cash withdrawal of R3000 at CAPITEC ATM Zevenwatch Mall Kuilsriver 09ZA.

The machine switched off while I am waiting for my money to come out. I recieved withdrawal notification and money went out of my account without receiving it from the ATM.

I phoned Capitec but I did NOT get a satisfactory answer instead they said someone will phone me within 48hours tjooooo!!!!! Kanti where did this money go??

I waited on the ATM Machine for an hour hoping that my money will come out as the machine was on and off, dololo???

Capitec please solve this matter, I'm hungry, I need my money.
