Capitec ATM took my money

ATM took my money I went to a capitec atm at President hyper Vanderbiljpark on Sunday 2nd of june at 12:50 to do a deposit. After the machine took the money it counted and before it ,then the transaction was cancelled due to deposit transaction was out of service and the arm never returned the money back . I have called consultant asked several questions and they know that these atm's they don't return the money when the machine is out of service. why we have to suffer cause of your poor technological innovations?

But the consultant said within 2 days of working days ..the sad part I'm a student money is for rent for my accomodation .I don't have any money ,so the rent should be paid as asap.. the
