Capitec Atm faulty note counter
I had a very bad experience being a customer of capitec bank, on 29 July 2024 I transacted on one of their atm's in a shopping centre. The atm tore one of my notes and proceeded to reject and cancel my transaction.On communicating this at one of their branches they noted my complaint and they said they will only refund me half of my money... how when it was their atm that tore my note this is very shoddy customer service. I am not satisfied wiyh your service
